'Batman vs Superman' News: Batmobile Attacks Superman in New T.V. Spot

As the biggest battle in the history of the DC universe draws near, production has released a new T.V. spot that shows a rather dark and furious Batman.

In the 30-seconder posted on director Zack Snyder's Twitter account, Ben Affleck's Batman is on board the handsome Batmobile. The black auto advances toward Henry Cavill's Superman, and while the red-caped hero doesn't seem to be bothered, except for his cape flying in the gusty winds, Batman asks the darkest question ever uttered by the Dark Knight yet.

"Do you bleed?" he asks Superman, who looks behind his back and doesn't say a word. The Man of Steel then flies upward, giving Batman the silent treatment that no shadowy hero will probably ever get from the alien. As Batman looks up to the flying hero, he says, "You will," with the emphasis of anger boiling inside.

Cinema Blend says Affleck's portrayal of the aged Batman is an effective way to get the interest of viewers. For the most part, Christian Bale was never seen in the same spot that Affleck is in, making the latter's acting something that fans will definitely look forward to.

"Ben Affleck's approach is one we've never seen before — a Batman that is fueled by hatred and seeking violence," the outlet notes.

While some fans argued earlier last year that a Batman who follows the steps of his anger is something they don't want to see in their beloved hero, the change that Affleck will introduce can actually be a good start. A lot of fans will feel right at home with a human who understands the pains of other humans who lost their loved ones during the battle between Superman and General Zod in "Man of Steel."

It seems that Superman will try to avoid battling it out with Batman, but the latter is determined to take down an alien who he believes is a threat to humanity just as villains are.

To find out if Batman will lose to Superman, watch "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" when it hits theaters on March 25.
