'Batman vs Superman' News: New Worldwide Trailer Revealed; Fresh Light Shed On Scoot McNairy's Mystery Role

In less than two months, the world will finally witness the battle between two of DC's biggest superheroes, and with the nearing premiere, a new international trailer has also been unveiled.

The new trailer mostly covers everything already revealed in the recent trailer shown in Jimmy Kimmel, but it does add more thrill to the hype that fans are spreading as the movie's release comes close.

The teaser obviously came from Japan. As everyone already knows, a lot of fans from Japan are comic book addicts and very well know which hero they prefer over the other.

Meanwhile, a new report claims to have uncovered the mystery behind Scoot McNairy's character, which has been kept under wraps for over a year now. The Latino Review says McNairy won't be playing The Flash, slamming previous rumors. While it is true that he was wearing green leggings on set, they were actually meant to cover up his nasty legs — a result of Superman's wrong decisions during the battle against General Zod.

The Senate will reportedly bring in McNairy's character to testify against Superman (Henry Cavill) since he was one of the people who suffered the aftermath of "Man of Steel." Aside from the Senate hearing, McNairy's character will also cause more trouble for Clark Kent since he will be working with Lex Luthor (Jesse Eisenberg).

Luthor harbors a really serious angst against the red-caped alien and he will reportedly turn McNairy's character "into a human bomb of sorts...in an attempt to get him close to Superman and to hurt him."

The depth of McNairy's involvement with Lex is still unknown, but if he literally becomes a human bomb, fans can expect that he will be another threat against the Man of Steel aside from Batman (Ben Affleck) and Doomsday.

"Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" stars Gal Gadot, Amy Adams, Jason Momoa, and many others, and is scheduled to hit the big screens on March 25.
