Blac Chyna Presses Charges Against Kardashian Family

Blac Chyna is suing the Kardashian family for allegedly ruining her career.

The 29-year-old is standing up against the popular family, according to reports. Chyna claims the Kardashian clan is using their power, fame and wealth to destroy her life. She also accused them of sabotaging the renewal of her reality program with ex Rob Kardashian "Rob & Chyna" on E! Network.

Court documents obtained by Buzzfeed also note that Chyna is alleging she experienced domestic violence, battery and assault at the hands of her former fiancé. The lawsuit pointed out that Rob is an "abuser intent on destroying Angela White [Blac Chyna's real name]."

Matriarch Kris Jenner is named as a defendant in the lawsuit alongside daughters Kendall and Kylie Jenner, and Kourtney, Kim and Khloe Kardashian. The filing comes just weeks after Rob and Kylie pressed charges against Chyna for damages after a violent confrontation erupted between the former couple.

Chyna's attorney, Lisa Bloom, spoke with Us Weekly on Wednesday and she said E! is still interested in doing another season of "Rob & Chyna"; however, the Kardashians are opposed to the idea of continuing the series.

"This is classic reality show material, but the show was killed. Chyna's rep was told it was because the Kardashian family would not allow it to go forward," Bloom said.

She added, "It's not just she lost a lot of income by not getting season two or all the other seasons that would've followed, it's the endorsement deals, it's the appearances fees, promotion of her products."

Bloom declined to disclose the monetary amount Chyna is seeking in terms of damages from the Kardashian family. However, she did say that it could be "millions of dollars."

A representative for the Kardashians has yet to issue a statement on the lawsuit.
