Call of Duty Ghosts Trailer: Take a First Look at Extinction Mode in 'First Contact Trailer' (VIDEO)

Just a few days after Call of Duty: Ghosts Extinction sneak peek pictures were revealed, now a trailer was released today in the "First Contact Trailer."

Images of Extinction Mode were leaked earlier this week and can be viewed here.

In this mode gamers are pitted up against some sort of alien or bug invasion that looks more like the Halo series than CoD.

According to Gamespot, the mode is unlocked once completing the first five missions of the game.

Additionally, a leaked Call of Duty: Ghosts photo of the games cover jacket indicated that the game takes up to 49 GB on the PS4's hard drive.

Twitter user @B4d_HabiT who works at GAME, a retail store, posted the picture revealing the whooping amount of installation data.

Gametrailers also points out that on the cover it says, "Empty Box," so the possibility of this being a display case with additional text on it is possible, according to Gametrailers.com.

Activision dropped their Call of Duty: Ghosts launch trailer this week, showcasing gameplay from the game and lots of explosions.

"Outnumbered and outgunned, but not outmatched. Call of Duty®: Ghosts takes players to a world altered by a devastating mass event," they wrote underneath the video.

"Following an elite squad of soldiers known as the 'Ghosts,' lead the fight back against a newly emerged global power. Call of Duty®: Ghosts arrives 11.5.13," the trailer description said.

Call of Duty: Ghosts will not run on full HD for the Xbox One according to an admission from Infinity Ward.

"Hey, been on the road last couple weeks so haven't had a chance to update, but wanted to confirm that for Xbox One we're 1080p upscaled from 720p. And, we're native 1080p on PS4. We optimized each console to hit 60 FPS and the game looks great on both. Still on the road, but glad to see the great reception to Extinction. Can't wait for next week's launch," tweeted Mark Rubin of Infinity Ward.

CoD will be in 720p for Xbox One, and 1080p for the PlayStation 4. According to the Verge this was done to ensure the game was able to run in 60 fps.

Being in 720p means the game will essentially have the same graphics as its 360 counterpart, albeit a little more updated visually.

The game is set to be released for the PS3, Xbox 360, and PC Nov. 5, and for the PS4 on Nov. 15 and the Xbox One Nov. 22.
