'Celebrity Apprentice' Episode 5 Recap, Spoilers News: 2 More Stars Fired

On last Monday's "Celebrity Apprentice," Kenya Moore calls Donald Trump's family as "The First Family of America," and she also showcased her musical skills in one of the tasks.

For the first task, both teams were asked to organize boat tours of New York. Sig Hansen was project manager on his team, which was composed of Kate Gosselin, Vivica A. Fox, and Geraldo Rivera. The other team, which was made up of Kenya Moore, Leeza Gibbons, Johnny Damon, and Ian Ziering were led by Brandi Glanville.

Hansen's team came up with the "Sexiest Catch" as its theme and enlisted the help of Hooters employees to be in the boat while they gave the tour. Rivera was on emcee duties and was making people very uncomfortable with his commentary, particularly when they passed the new World Trade Center and yelled, "[expletive] the terrorists! We've won!"

Glanville's team at first went for the "Mardi Gras Manhattan" theme, which was Gibbons' idea. Glanville wanted to play nice and agreed with her at first. But later, she decided that the theme was too New Orleans and they changed it up to "Big Apple Bonanza." At their boat, they had dancers, a boy band, and Gibbons was on emcee duties. Then, Moore gave a performance of her song, "Gone With the Wind Fabulous," and while some were entertained, others were uncomfortable with her provocative dancing.

Later, Trump declared Glanville's team as the winner. In the boardroom, Gosselin said that there was no one else to blame but Hansen, and he in turn blamed the ladies for not opposing the Hooters idea. In the end, Sig Hansen was fired.

For the second challenge, Moore was transferred to the other team. She now joins Gosselin, Fox and Rivera. The second task had the teams design an "interactive-themed environment" to showcase the amenities of Trump's hotel, the Trump National Doral in Miami. This time, Gosselin and Ziering were the project managers.

Rivera suggested a Blue Monster theme, and Gosselin sent the two women shopping. However, the two did nothing but bicker, and Gosselin was repeatedly bombarded by texts from Moore complaining about Fox.

Ziering opted to recreate the surroundings of a Trump hotel and though Damon failed to have a golf pro come to the event, the project manager was able to get a golf pro of his own.

At the boardroom, Moore praised her team. However, when Trump announced that their team lost, she backtracked and started blaming Gosselin and Fox. She then went on to tell Trump, "I'm here to learn from you. And I'm not done learning from you and I don't want to go home. I admire you and your family. You really are the first family of America."

Trump felt that Gosselin's team missed the mark of the challenge, and for that, Kate Gosselin was fired.

"Celebrity Apprentice" airs on Mondays at 8/7c on NBC.
