Clash of Clans: Features Coming, Star Bonus, Treasury & Loot Cart
"Clash of Clans" gamers will need to learn how to be patient as they wait for the latest update that is said to come soon. According to Neurogadget, the 2012 freemium mobile MMO strategy video game is getting a new update. The specific release date has not been announced yet but developer Supercell revealed some features that are confirmed to be coming along with the update.
Included in the update is a new reward feature which will bring some rewards to avid fans of the game. Supercell will be introducing the "Star Bonus" system which gives players a reward in the form of resources. They can only attain such if they are able to win five stars in one day. Mobipicker noted that Supercell added this feature as an effort to show their appreciation to its loyal gamers and to boost the economy of the game.
The highlight feature though is the Treasury, which is a new location where resources are stored and kept hidden away inside the Clan Castle. It does not assure total protection to its contents but it can guarantee that only a very small percentage of the contents can be taken away if gamers lose during an attack. It's important to take note though that the Treasury has a limit cap. This means that players should only store away their more treasured and valuable items.
A Loot Cart feature will also be added upon installation of the upcoming "Clash of Clans" update. This feature functions whenever a gamer's village get attacked. A certain percent of the stolen resources will head over to the Loot Cart of the village. After getting the resources from the Loot Cart, they will immediately move to the Treasury for better security.
Aside from the new reward features, the update will also bring a few bug and glitch fixes. Supercell released an update in December but instead of giving fans treats, it only gave them a headache as the update had many problems with it. The upcoming patch is expected to fix the December patch problems.
