Corey Bohan Files for Joint Custody of Daughter Kirra Amid Divorce From Audrina Patridge
It's been a month since Audrina Patridge split from husband Corey Bohan and filed for divorce. Now, Bohan has finally filed his divorce response.
In late September, "The Hills" star Audrina Patridge filed for divorce from her husband of 10-months, Corey Bohan, citing irreconcilable differences. She claims that Bohan had been physically and emotionally abusive towards her. With that, Patridge had also been granted a restraining order against her professional BMX dirt bike rider husband who she claims had called her derogatory names and pushed her while she was holding their daughter, Kirra.
A month after the reality star filed for divorce, Bohan has finally filed his divorce response, and he is now seeking spousal support from his estranged wife and wants her to pay his attorney's fees.

Not only that, the 36-year-old is also seeking joint custody of their 1-year-old daughter, Kirra, after the couple had reached a custody agreement about two weeks ago. E! News has obtained court documents revealing that Patridge had received full custody of their daughter while Bohan had been granted visitation rights not exceeding three days per week, namely on Mondays, Wednesdays and Sundays. However, it looks like Bohan has changed his mind and decided he wants equal custody of his daughter as well as financial support from Patridge.
"Audrina and Corey came to the agreement themselves. There is still a lot to be determined, but for now Audrina has primary custody of their child and Corey is getting visits each week," a source told E! News.
Aside from the custody agreement that the former couple had agreed upon on Oct. 11, Patridge was also given a personal conduct and stay away order from her estranged husband, which means that he should stay 100 yards away from Patridge, her home, job and even their daughter's school.
As for their housing conditions, Bohan has agreed to leave their residence and will receive $35,000 from Patridge to help him move.
