'Days of Our Lives' Spoilers, Plot News: Chad Reunites With Abby and Thomas, Heart Transplant Going Forward

Another week of "Days of Our Lives" is going to unfold and it's going to be heartbreaking but at the same time heartwarming. Before the weekend, the show left off with a horrible accident, leaving several of the characters fighting for their life.

According to Inquisitr, Jennifer Horton, Daniel Jonas, Brady Black and Eric Brady were rushed to the hospital after a car wreck. Unfortunately, Dr. Daniel did not make it, but as mentioned in the site, his heart will be kept alive by a machine as it will be donated to either one of his best friends, Eric or Brady.

Dr. Daniel's mother, Maggie, will have to make the hard decision and choose to whom his son's heart will go to and save.

Spoilers hinted that the organ will be transplanted to Brady. But that doesn't mean Eric will die. There's a possibility that he will be alive and will have a donor as well. But since there are rumors circulating that actor Greg Vaughan, who plays as Eric, will leave the show very soon, he might not live long. Details about that are not yet confirmed.

The source also noted that Daniel's death will bring back his ex-wife Chloe Lane as well as his daughter Melanie Jonas.

As they fight for their lives, Abigail will also be having a battle of her own. According to Celeb Dirty Laundry, she will reveal to Chad that Thomas is his son. Chad will not believe her at first and will even accuse her of just trying to use a kid as a way to get him back.

Abby doesn't give up though and when Chad asks for another paternity test, she is more than happy to do it. The next episodes will then see Chad receiving confirmation that he really is that father of Abigail's son. But instead of jumping for joy, he is bursting with anger.

He will eventually simmer down and apologize to Abby. His deep love for her will also surge back in, while new affection for Thomas appears out of nowhere.
