'Devious Maids' Season 4 Spoilers: Eva Longoria To Guest Star; Nathan Owens Returning To Series

American television comedy-drama series "Devious Maids" is set to return to the small screen for season 4 soon. But before it could make its premiere debut, fans are already treated to some spoilers on what they can expect to see in the upcoming new season.

For starters, a big name in Hollywood is joining the show as a guest star. According to Deadline, "Desperate Housewives" alum Eva Longoria is stepping out from behind the camera to play a guest starring role in the fourth season premiere.

Longoria is actually an executive producer of the show so her stepping into the spotlight is certain to make some buzz. Latina noted that it's not known yet what character she will be playing as but it's expected to be a great one.

Fans will be also treated to a mini "Desperate Housewives" reunion as Longoria will be reuniting with her former co-star James Denton, who played as plumber Mike Delfino in the popular ABC series. In "Devious Maids," Denton will play a recurring role as Peter, who is described to be the "charming, confident head of a movie studio." He will also be falling "hard and fast" into a new relationship in the upcoming season.

Soap Opera Network also detailed that Nathan Owens will be returning to the series this season. He won't only be back for a recurring role as he has been upped to being a series regular. The "Days of Our Lives" star first appeared on the show in season 3. He played the role of Jesse, a former soldier in Afghanistan who decided to come back to the civilian life and worked as a maid.

When Marisol (Ana Ortiz) hired him, the two fell in love with each other and eventually became lovers. It's still unknown if they will be continuing their romance in season 4. Fans will have to wait and see when "Devious Maids" return in spring.
