"What's Eating Dexter Morgan" certainly made fans wonder how will Dexter take care of his sister. In this episode Dexter told his therapist Dr. Vogel of Deb's troubles, causing Dr. Vogel to raise an interesting question.

"So my question is this: When your sister found out about who you were and what you were doing, why didn't you kill her?" the therapist asked. She was sure to add, "Not that I'd ever advocate such a thing."

Though Dexter's relationship with his sister is certainly complicated, it is not the only thing on his mind. The killer dubbed Brain Scooper seems to know that Dexter is getting close to him. As in this episode the Brain Scooper, who has been sending pieces of brain to Dr. Vogel, started sending pieces of brain to Dexter as well.
