Duggar Family News: TLC Recruits Clan for a New Show?

Fans of "19 Kids and Counting" should rejoice as it has been reported recently that the Duggars are in for another round of reality TV drama with TLC.

On Tuesday, The Hollywood Gossip reported that the network has finally decided that it's time to give the clan a new show, despite the events that led to the cancellation of "19 Kids." Since there is no official word from TLC or any of the family members, it is unclear what the rumored show will be about.

Facebook page "Duggar Family News" said in a post on Tuesday that the Duggars were spotted filming "at a lumber yard last week in their area." While details are very scarce on the said filming, some fans expressed excitement over the news, while others said the family might have been filming themselves.

For the most part, the family can't blame some fans for throwing a lot of hate into their yard, especially since Josh, the disgraced father and husband, admitted to his wrongdoings — the scandals considered as grave types of sin for conservative Christians.

Experts suggest that TLC should be addressing the issues that Josh was involved in last year, now that it has given the Duggars (probably even Josh) a chance to redeem themselves. It seemed unfair at first to involve the entire clan in the rage that Josh alone should have received, but it is something that they should have considered before allowing the eldest brother in the family to open up to the whole world.

The family was torn apart by the media and the consequences of Josh's actions when he came out about inappropriately touching five young girls as a teen, including two of his sisters. Scandal after scandal followed and it was revealed that Josh had been actively using an Ashley Madison account. He also admitted to cheating on his wife, Anna, and finally came out with his porn addiction.

Josh has not been spotted in public ever since he was said to enter a rehabilitation center. His wife and kids, on the other hand, are living with the family in Arkansas while Josh attends rehab.
