French Open 2013 Schedule: Friday, June 7

With just a few days left in the 2013 French Open, competition is heating up. The men's singles semifinals begin tomorrow Friday June 7, as do the women's doubles semifinals. Check out the full day of tennis action scheduled for tomorrow.

Serbia's Novak Diokovic will face Rafael Nadal of Spain at 7 a.m. Eastern Standard Time. Diokovic is the top seed, and expected to win the match. After that game, Spain's David Ferrer will battle France's Jo-Wilfried Tsonga for a chance at the finals. The fourth-seeded David Ferrer is expected to outplay sixth-seeded Tsonga.

Meanwhile, the women's doubles semifinals will be going on simultaneously. At 7 a.m. the hard-hitting team of Ekaterina Makarova and Elena Vesnina of Russia will face off against the Czech Republican team of Andrea Hlavackoya and Lucie Hradecka. The action continues with the next semifinal game at 9 a.m. Italy's Sara Errani and Roberta Vinci will attempt to overcome the Russian and Slovakian team of Nadia Petrova and Katarina Srebotnik.

The Italian team is favored to win, as they entered the French Open as the top seed. However, who they will see in the finals is a bit more up in the air.
