'Frozen 2' Plot Rumors: New Villain to Be a Woman?
Following the massive success of "Frozen," fans are patiently waiting for the sequel to hit big screens, and just as production has been confirmed to be at the early stages, there are rumors that a new villain will be introduced in the form of a woman.
Fans and critics alike are wondering how the team will work on conquering the first movie's billion dollar success, and some suggest that a much bigger conflict should be depicted in the second film to ensure its victory.
One of the most-talked-about rumors is that of a lady villain coming to destroy Arendelle and its rulers. Queen Elsa and Princess Anna may find it much more difficult to face off with a woman instead of a man this time. If the rumor turns out to be true, this new villain might need to cast a rather famous voice actress pull off the indomitable role.
Other rumors suggest that Queen Elsa may finally find true love in the sequel. Fans have been dreaming of a storyline between Elsa and Hans for the past few months. It is speculated that the estranged Prince will return to Arendelle to apologize for his mistakes and will find forgiveness and love from the Queen.
As previously confirmed, Olaf will also meet his match. It is unclear if this new love for Olaf will also be created by Elsa from snow or if she will be a different creature, but fans are excited to see the franchise's most loved character finally find true love.
Another rumor that keeps fans busy online is the coming of a new song to be featured in the sequel. Disney is reportedly working on a song that will overcome the victory of "Let it Go," and while there is no leak yet about the song, it is said that it will be a duet between the two sisters.
In the meantime, fans can rely on the confirmation that production is working on "Frozen 2," which is expected to hit big screens sometime in 2018.
