Galaxy Note 4 Rumors: Samsung to Release 2 Different Versions

The latest rumors point to Samsung launching two different versions of the Galaxy Note 4.

Two separate models of the smartphone popped up in AnTuTu benchmarks earlier this week. They featured slightly different specifications with the model numbers SM-N910C and SM-N910S. One of the main differences between them is the processor. The SM-N910C will pack an Exynos 5433 chip while the SM-N910S will come with a Snapdragon 805. The Exynos model comes equipped with a next generation ARM Cortex-A53 and A57.

The listing also reveals a QHD 2560 x 1440 display for the device. Other specs found in the benchmark include Android 4.4.3, 3GB RAM and a 16-megapixel camera.

Other recent rumors discuss the choices Samsung plans to make when it comes to software for the phablet as the company plans to add a few new features including Swipe to Launch Motion Launcher and Smart Fingerprint.

A previous SamMobile report claimed that Samsung is currently testing out a few new software features that utilize the Galaxy S5 hardware and plans to debut them on the Note 4. Swipe to Launch and Smart Fingerprint are just a few of the features that will come on the new software.

The Swipe to Launch Motion Launcher will be similar to the HTC One M8's motion launcher feature which means it could be used to swipe gestures on the screen to wake the display, launch the camera and more. Smart Fingerprint could allow users to customize actions when a finger print in scanned.

Other features include Aqua Mode and a Multi Network for Booster. Aqua Mode will allow users to take pictures under water while the latter of these could make it have the same download booster as the S5.
