Foster added, "[Being on the Gilmore Girls set] was just surreal, and I was really nervous. When it was over I just burst into tears... I was totally satisfied with the experience... Amy Sherman-Palladino and Dan Palladino, who I worked with on Bunheads, they wrote a really special part for me. It was awesome. I walked away from the entire experience thinking that I wouldn't change a thing."

In addition, fans will also see her character interact with other characters of the series such as Babette, Miss Patty, Sophie, and Taylor. However, there has yet to be any details regarding what role she will be playing in the upcoming revival.

Aside from the new character, fans are waiting to find out which one of Rory's men from the past will be making appearances on the show. While it was confirmed that Rory will not yet be married to anyone in the series, there have been much speculation on who will still be part of her love life.

Fans theories suggest that Rory will end up with one of her original boyfriends in the series. With the return of Jared Padalecki and Milo Ventimilia confirmed, there is a chance that one of them could have their happy ending with Rory.

There has yet to be any release date for the Netflix revival of "Gilmore Girls."
