Golden State Warriors vs Los Angeles Clippers Live Stream Free: Watch Game 5 NBA 2014 Playoffs Online (TNT TV Start Time)
The Golden State Warriors and the Los Angeles Clippers will face off in Game 5 of their NBA 2014 Playoffs Series on Tuesday night. The game takes place as the Clippers are engulfed in controversy after owner Donald Sterling's alleged racist remarks and the NBA ban imposed earlier today. However, despite all the turbulence surrounding them, the Clippers have a job to do tonight and if they cannot focus they could be put on the brink of elimination.
Tuesday night's Game 5 between the Warriors and the Clippers will start at 10.30 p.m. ET and can be watched on TV on the TNT network or online through free live stream (details below).
Tonight's game will take place at the Staples Center in LA, where almost all the pre-game talk has been about Clippers' owner Donald Sterling and the alleged racist remarks he made in a recording that surfaced on Friday.
Earlier on Tuesday, the NBA banned Sterling from the LA Clippers, the NBA, as well as any associated organizations for life. The announcement was made by NBA Commissioner Adam Silver, who also added that Sterling would be fined $2.5 million.
The audio recording of Sterling was leaked last week by his ex-mistress V. Stiviano, and allegedly revealed Sterling making some shocking and racist comments that have outraged players and all those connected with the NBA.
On the tape Sterling said, "You can sleep with [black people]. You can bring them in, you can do whatever you want. The little I ask you is not to promote it on that … and not to bring them to my games."
He added, "Don't put [Magic Johnson] on an Instagram for the world to have to see so [my friends] have to call me. And don't bring him to my games."
Meanwhile, the Clippers will try and put all the controversy behind them this evening as they attempt to come back from their 118-97 loss in Game 4, which leveled the series back to 2-2. In that game Stephen Curry scored 33 points on 10-of-20 shooting overall and 7-of-14 from three. Overall, Golden State shot 55.4 percent in total, made 15-of-32 from long range and racked up 32 assists.
