'Gran Turismo Sport' News: Release Date Moved To Next Year?

Fans of the game "Gran Turismo Sport" will be unhappy to hear that they may have to wait longer to see the release of the new title.

Ever since the announcement of the upcoming "Gran Turismo Sport" last year, there has been much anticipation for its release.

Unfortunately, there is a chance that the game will not release until next year, despite its announced 2016 release. There were speculations that the game will be delayed for release, which was allegedly reported from meetings with Kazunori Yamauchi, from Polyphony Digital. It was rumored that the beta version of the title is expected to release this year, which could make its official release as late as next year.

While no specific reason has been stated for the delay, it was speculated that it was due to a complication which led to the failure of reaching a project's deadline.

However, fans can expect the title to be worth the wait. It was suggested that the game will not just be an updated version of "Gran Turismo 6" for PS4. There are rumors stating that it will be one of the major installments of the "Gran Turismo" series.

According to GameTM, Yamauchi also shared some exciting details about the upcoming game. He explained that it will present a more improved gameplay. He said, "Everything will be running naturally, PS3 was much, much more difficult. The high quality of data that we have being rendered on the PS4 I think is going to make an incredible difference."

There has been no news from Sony regarding a possible delay for the title. In addition, no addition information has been revealed about the game ever since the release of the trailer a few months ago.
