'Grey's Anatomy' Season 10 Writers Back at Work
The hiatus is over, and the writers of the hit ABC medical drama are back to work, crafting scripts of the 10th season of the wildly popular "Grey's Anatomy." The writers picked up their pencils and got back to work on Monday, July 8. A few writers and staffers took to Twitter to express their mixed feelings about returning to work after just a month of hiatus.
On July 6 "Grey's Anatomy" writer Dan Bucatinsk tweeted about his return to the show.
"2 Daysssssss then back to workkkkkkkk! Argh. No offense @GreysABC & @ScandalABC #gratefulbuttired," Dan Bucatinsk, "Grey's Anatomy" writer and "Scandal" actor, tweeted on July 6.

The hashtag "#GratefulButTired" seems to sum up his feelings, he's glad to be back, but could have used a longer vacation.
On the morning of their first day back at work, series creator and showrunner Shonda Rhimes tweeted her excitement.
"GA and Scandal writers rooms started back up today. Can't believe we are in Season 10 for GA!!" she wrote. Rhimes is also an executive producer for "Scandal."
With the writing staff back to work, production for the tenth season of the hit drama will soon follow. Filming is set to resume on July 16.
Many fans are eagerly awaiting the start of the tenth season, as the finale of season 9 left a huge cliff hanger up in the air: is Dr. Richard Webber (James Pickens Jr.) dead or alive?
And it seems that nobody at "Grey's Anatomy" is going to provide spoliers about Webber's state.
"I love that people are asking [if he's alive or dead] … I'm not going to answer it because I like that it's a question," Shonda Rhimes told Entertainment Weekly.
