'House of Cards' Season 4 New Trailer Video Features Flashback of Frank Underwood's Deeds

There are only two months left before American political drama television series "House of Cards" returns to Netflix and in order to raise the hype for its return, the show has released a new teaser trailer.

Netflix premiered the latest trailer of "House of Cards" season 4 during The Golden Globes ceremony.

Titled as "The Leader We Deserve," the clip featured Frank Underwood (played by Kevin Spacey) in his suit and tie, sitting from his White House desk while giving an ominous campaign speech on why the people of America should elect him as president.

As he speaks, flashbacks of all his evil deeds from the past seasons interspersed, including all the murders, seductions and violence that he did just to get to the top of the ladder. And now that he is running for the position of President of the Unites States of America, it's apparent that season 4 is going to be more thrilling and most likely gut-wrenching as who knows what Frank will do next.

The teaser trailer concluded with Frank saying, "They say we get the leaders we deserve. I think America deserves Frank Underwood. And in your heart, you know I'm right."

As to what's coming in the fourth season, Enstars reported that Michael Kelly's Doug Stamper may finally be killed off, although he expressed in an interview with the Los Angeles Times that if he were to decide, he'd want to stay and continue his role as Doug until the end of the political drama. Deadline also reported that Neve Campbell will be joining the show as a regular cast member.

The character she will be playing has not yet been revealed but rumors say that she may be introduced as one half of a younger couple that will try to be rivals with Frank and his wife Claire (played by Robin Wright).

"House of Cards" season 4 returns to Netflix on March 4.
