'How To Get Away With Murder' Season 2 Spoilers: Annalise takes the stand
Annalise Keating (Viola Davis) is now facing the opposite side of the court from where she usually stands when defending her clients. The Middleton University professor and notorious defense lawyer is now gearing up to take the stand, where she will face the court as a witness.
In the season premiere of 'How To Get Away With Murder' Season 2, Nate (Billy Brown) confronted the successful defense attorney and also his ex-lover. He declined her help through Eve (Famke Janssen), who will serve as his lawyer, and told Annalise that he is fine with going to prison for a crime he did not do, as long as he brings her down with him. Nate is facing potential long imprisonment for the murder of Annalise's husband, Sam Keating (Tom Verica), which Nate was framed by Annalise.
According to the synopsis of the hit crime drama series, which was shared by ABC, it said that Annalise and her team of Law students should expect a difficult "ride" with their new case in the next episode, entitled "She's Dying."
In a report by the International Business Times, Annalise will now defend the case of the two adopted sibling, who were both introduced in the season premiere. According to ABC, Annalise and her team will be blindsided by a new information about the Hapstall sibling's case, who were accused of killing their adoptive parents, in the upcoming episode.
Fans are also curious how deeply Caleb (Kendrick Sampson) and Catherine Hapstall (Amy Okuda) will be involved with Annalise and the "Keating Five," since viewers saw Wes (Alfred Enoch) running away from the Hapstall mansion after a gunshot, and Annalise suffering from a deadly wound inside the home of the two Hapstall siblings.
The new episode of 'How To Get Away With Murder' Season 2 will air this Thursday, October 1, on ABC.
