While the trend of Jailbreaking Apple Phones is not as prominent as before, the new updates have provided a lot more options for Apple users.

According to Tampa Bay Review, the new updates for Jailbreak have opened up new opportunities for users to maximize their Apple devices. Though Jailbreaking phones does eliminate the warranty of an Apple device, it was said that the disadvantages outweight the benefits of doing so.

One of the most notable features for Jailbreak is the ability of customize and personalize the operating system of Apple device. Customization has always been the competitive factor of Samsung, in comparison to Apple. With Jailbreak, users will be able to take on different looks for their device, such as the font of the operating system.

In addition, this will allow users to choose from different themes available, as opposed to just sticking to the standard Apple design. Another significant specification available is addition security. Users will be able to add PIN protections, or even Touch ID for any applications on their devices through Jailbreak. This will allow for more privacy on ones device.

For those who enjoy social media, photos from Instagram will be available for download as well. Through Jailbreak, users can save any Instagram photos onto their own device. In addition, those photos can be further organized in the device by installing File Managers. Again, this is another feature available on most Samsung devices, but not Apple devices.

Jailbreak will also get past the different limitations set by Apple for their devices, such as the iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch, and Apple TV 2. This will allow users to download apps that are not available on the App Store, thus creating more opportunities for the user to maximize their device.
