Jessa Duggar Talks About Henry's Birth, Excited to Have More Children

Jessa Duggar and husband Ben Seewald recently welcomed their second child, Henry Wilberforce, and the "Counting On" star is now opening about her son's birth and how vastly different it was from when she gave birth to firstborn son Spurgeon Elliot in 2015.

Henry was born on Monday, Feb. 6, at 4:26 a.m., weighing 8 pounds and 11 ounces. In an exclusive interview with People, Jessa revealed that her newborn son was delivered just a few hours after her water bag broke. She and her husband were "surprised how fast it went" as with Spurgeon, Jessa endured two days of labor and even needed blood transfusion due to a difficult delivery.

Due to the quick and easy birthing experience, Jessa's mom Michelle and sister Jana almost missed Henry's birth.

"They came at the very end. I was already pushing when they walked in the door," the reality star recalled.

Upon meeting Henry, Jessa explained that it was love at first sight. The experience has also been very rewarding and she and Ben are looking forward to further expanding their family.

"Before the new baby I would think, 'How could I ever love another child as much as I love Spurgeon?' But the second I saw [Henry] it blows you away. We definitely want a lot of kids," she added.

But for now, the main goal is to establish a new routine as a family of four. Jessa is reportedly in charge of feeding Henry while Ben is tasked with changing diapers.

"Right now we have two kids and there's two of us, so it's man-to-man coverage," Ben told the weekly magazine.

Meanwhile, Jill Duggar is also expecting her second child in July. She and her husband Derick Dillard posted a video congratulating Jessa and Ben and expressed their happiness in being able to meet their new nephew. Jill and Derrick have recently returned to Central America to continue their mission trip but are expected to return to the United States for the birth of their child.
