Reports claim the fashion mogul has lost upwards of 60 lbs since welcoming the birth of her second child in June last year and she continues to shed weight despite having reached her goals in March.
Simpson is said to have used a healthy diet and exercise to achieve her weight loss goals. Her upcoming wedding to Eric Johnson, 34, has undoubtedly inspired the former reality star to look and feel her best.
The couple, who got engaged in 2010, will reportedly exchange "I dos" at the upscale Bacara Resort & Spa in Santa Barbara, California on July 4, according to Us magazine.
Friends and family will gather at the Spanish-themed hotel in coming weeks to witness Simpson marry the former NFL star. Guests will reportedly feast on traditional southern barbecue, which is fitting, since Simpson hails from Texas.
The resort, which can accommodate hundreds of people, sits on 78 acres and overlooks the Pacific Ocean.
"It'll definitely be extravagant. I don't do things small," Simpson recently told the "Today" show.
The former singer got engaged to Johnson in November 2010, five months after they began dating and they share two children, a daughter Maxwell, 2, and son Ace, 10 months. Last month Simpson revealed that she was "close" to sending out wedding invitations.
"We are very close to sending out our invites," Simpson told USA Today at the White House Correspondents' Dinner in May.
"I've been very picky on how I want everything to look and feel. Eric's family alone is almost 90 people, so it'll definitely be a big event," she added.
