Real Housewives of New Jersey News: Joe Giudice Family's Lincoln Park House Set for Sheriff Auction
As far as the world of justice is concerned, Joe and Teresa Giudice will once again be losing another property, adding up to the other properties on their list that have gone back to where they belong.
According to NJ Advance Media, the Giudices' Lincoln Park rental house will be up for a sheriff auction set for March 31. The news comes about three months after the family had to leave their Montville Township mansion after it was foreclosed in October.
Family lawyer James Leonard told the outlet that "They [Giudices] are eliminating excess and focusing on doing more with less." This could be true since Teresa has recently been released from prison and is looking toward a good and contented life.
As for Joe, the days are running fast. It was reported last year that the patriarch will be off to jail in March of this year, giving him a few more months to bond with his family before starting his 41-month sentence.
The "Real Housewives of New Jersey" stars were sentenced to prison for fraud charges in October 2014 and since then started losing their properties. They have also been ordered to pay $414,588 for bank and bankruptcy fraud.
When Teresa was behind bars, Joe had to take care of their four girls: Gia, Gabriella, Milania, and Audriana. The five were featured in a Bravo special wherein their struggles without a mom in the house were depicted.
Despite the difficult year that the family went through last year, it is expected that Teresa will be back on television when the show returns for season 7 this year. It is rumored that the upcoming season of "RHONJ" will feature Teresa's life after prison and Joe's entry to the world of orange clothing.
The family is now happily reunited and moving on as they prepare for Joe's exit. It is speculated that Joe will shoot some scenes before he enters prison, to still be part of "RHONJ" season 7.
