Kurt Busch News: Judge Orders Driver Not to Contact Ex-Girlfriend, NASCAR Driver Claims She's an Assassin
In a strange case, a judge has issued a no-contact order against NASCAR driver Kurt Busch, who believes that his ex-girlfriend is a trained killer. In an incident last year during the over Racing weekend Busch allegedly injured his ex-girlfriend leading to a police investigation and the no-contact order. This incident has grown larger than life in the wake of the NFL's mishandling of the Ray Rice incident and the wild allegations made in court by Busch and his attorneys.
"Good until 2016, says Busch has to stay 100 yards away from Driscoll, her home and workplace," Jayski.com reported. "At NASCAR races he has to maintain the maximum 'practicable' distance from her and not attempt to contact her."

The order goes on to state that Busch must be evaluated or mental health purposes and impulse control issues. He also says he may not purchase firearms or ammunition. Busch's attorney are expected to appeal the decision.
The case got strange when Busch's legal team suggested in open court that his ex-girlfriend was in fact a trained assassin. That peculiarity aside, this is an issue that NASCAR is taking very seriously.
"NASCAR has been closely following the civil proceedings in Kent County Family Court regarding driver Kurt Busch and therefore is aware of the court order issued today," the organization said in a statement. "We now await the full findings of the Commissioner and any actions by the Attorney General of Delaware related to the allegations against Busch."
"As we stated earlier, NASCAR fully recognizes the serious nature of this specific situation and the broader issue of domestic violence. We will continue to gather information and monitor this situation very closely, and we expect our members to conduct themselves properly," they continued.
