Juror B37 and Other Jurors to Remain Anonymous, Says Sherriff's Office

The court is not making the identity of the Jurors responsible for George Zimmerman's not guilty verdict public information, and there is no telling when they will.

Jurors have begun speaking out about their decision and the trial, yet they are doing so on an anonymous level as the court requires. The court also warns against members of the media or anyone else attempting to identify the jurors.

"Any attempt to identify jurors is a violation of the current order," the court spokeswoman tweeted just after the not guilty verdict was handed down.

The police are also warning media not to identify the jurors. The Seminole County Sheriff's office released a statement on the matter.

"The media should not, at any time, attempt to video and/or broadcast the jurors, the transport or personal vehicles used, or any locations/venues where the jurors may be staying or visiting," the sheriff's office stated. "Any media currently at locations where they believe jurors could be located should depart the area immediately."

So for now, the six women who served on the jury will simply be known by their juror numbers, B76, B37, E6, B29, E40 and B51.

Despite anonymity, one juror in particular has been quite vocal about the trial-- Juror B37. In an interview with Anderson Cooper of CNN, Juror B37 explained her thought process in deciding the verdict and said, "I have no doubt George feared for his life in the situation he was in at the time."

There was also talk of Juror B37 writing a book about her time on the jury, however that plan has since been abandoned, according to Fox News.
