Karrueche Tran and Chris Brown to Marry Before Singer Returns to Jail?

Chris Brown and Karrueche Tran have just gotten back together, but it appears as if they're relationship will be tested once more as Brown could be headed back to jail. On Thursday, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge James R. Brandlin revoked the singer's probation but allowed him to remain free for now after Brown traveled without approval for a concert and failed to complete community service on time.

Brown was ordered not to leave Los Angeles County without permission, but he performed at a nightclub in San Jose on Jan.11 without getting permission to travel. The singer was also supposed to complete 1,000 hours of community service by the end of January, but the singer reportedly has 200 hours more left.

While the Court is determining whether or not to remand Brown into custody, Tran is said to be standing by him and wants to marry him before he goes to prison, where he could face at least four years behind bars.

"Of course she would marry Chris," said a source to Hollywood Life. "There's not one man she would rather spend the rest of her life with other than Chris."

The source said that Tran will be "there for him no matter what happens in March."

Meanwhile, a source close to Brown told Hollywood Life that the singer is "scared and is contemplating marrying Karrueche now before his situation gets worse. If Chris has to go to prison for a while, he wants Karrueche to be taken care of and in charge of his entire estate."

Judge Brandlin said that Brown can remain free at least until a May 20 hearing when the judge will receive an update from probation officials.
