Real Housewives of Atlanta News: Kenya Moore Denies Stealing Vivica A. Fox's Cellphone
Last Monday, Kenya Moore was fired on "Celebrity Apprentice," along with Brandi Glanville, Ian Ziering and Johnny Damon, and all four were on the "Today" show to talk about their experiences and the money they raised for their charities.
On the "Today" set, Kenya and Ian do a separate interview from Brandi, and host Samantha Guthrie says that they did that because things appear to be really bad between Kenya and Brandi. Kenya denied this and said, "Oh that's not true. I've seen Brandi a half dozen times and I always speak, it's not personal."
"I came to win money for my charity, which was the Detroit Public Schools Foundation, and I did that and that's all I was really concerned about," she added.
Kenya also denied stealing Vivica A. Fox's cellphone.
"I don't think anyone can make sense of that," she said.
The Bravo star was more candid on her interview on "The Wendy Show," and when asked if she stole Vivica's phone and tweeted that she was menopausal, Kenya said, "No, absolutely not. I think the whole thing is quite ridiculous. I don't think that I needed to send out a tweet or take someone's phone to win. I was a strong player through the end so I don't need to resort to such ridiculousness."
On being fired last Monday, Kenya said that she was "made a scapegoat."
"I think that they tried to fire me the week before and I fought my way out of it," she said. Kenya did acknowledge that she made some bad decisions as project manager which led to her eventual firing.
Kenya also gave a blunt reply when she was asked about Vivica's unfavorable comments about her physique.
"Nobody talks about her face," said Kenya. "For her to say that, it wasn't nice. I have been a natural girl. I've never tried to turn myself into Maleficent. I'm ok with being a natural girl."
