Khloe Kardashian News: Khloe Has Found A Passion For Keep-Fit

Khloe Kardashian made a promise to remain in shape, and she vowed to stay true to that. The reality star admitted that she has not hit the gym after her estranged husband's, Lamar Odom, hospitalization, but is now ready to get back to her workout regimen.

The 31-year-old Kardashian was seen in her gym outfit in Equinox the day after Thanksgiving, and was also seen going to the SoulCycle gym last Sunday, according to E! Online. Khloe also admitted that she needs the gym in her life, and revealed that her body does not respond well if she does not work out.

She also posted a photo of herself showing her toned abs, which was taken last Sept. 27, on her Instagram account, and captioned, "It's crazy, how just in that short amount of time how your body can change." Khloe is now back in the gym, and it seems that Khloe is slowly getting her life back on track, especially after dealing with a few ordeals.

The past two months were not easy for the "Keeping Up With the Kardashian" reality star. Khloe was recently diagnosed with staph infection, and would have to wait until she's better before she can work out again. She even admitted on her Twitter account that this year is the worst of her life.

The major issue she had to deal with was Lamar's health condition. The latter was found unconscious at a brothel in Nevada last October, and since the two are not divorced yet, Khloe had to make arrangements and medical decisions for him when he was still in coma. Both Khloe and Lamar decided to call off their divorce while the former basketball player is still in rehabilitation.

According to the Daily Mail, Khloe visited Lamar at the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center last Tuesday evening, after not being able to visit for a while after she developed staph infection. Khloe decided not to visit until she's fully recovered.
