Khloe Kardashian Under Pressure to Have Kids
Appearing on the "Today Show" earlier this morning, Khloe Kardashian admitted that she didn't quite know just how badly husband Lamar Odom wanted to start a family.
In the previews for the upcoming season of "Khloe & Lamar," Lamar admitted to being jealous of the fact that Khloe's sister Kourtney Kardashian is pregnant with her second child. In the preview clip Khloe asks Lamar if he's jealous and he responds, "Yeah, they get to have another baby and I don't."
Khloe told the "Today Show" that, "It really broke my heart to hear [Lamar's reaction to Kourtney's pregnancy] because I didn't think he felt that way." She clarified that she and Lamar have always planned to have a family and she said "We definitely want kids but we really are just like when it happens it happens."
On her "Today Show" appearance Khloe denied rumors of interest in fertility clinics saying she and Lamar are trying to get pregnant "the old-fashioned way." The rumors had extended so far that she received Valentine's bouquets from three different fertility clinics hoping to win her business.
The second season of the reality show "Khloe & Lamar" premiers this Sunday, Feb. 19, on E!. The new season is expected to deal with Khloe and Lamar's efforts to start a family.
The show goes so in depth, there are even cameras in the bedroom. Khloe clarifies to the "Today Show" that they are just security cameras and there are not actual cameramen in her bedroom. But despite the fact that the cameras are unmanned, Khloe said, "Lamar's definitely very uncomfortable" with the bedroom cameras.
The new season will also deal with the couple's issues over the NBA lockout, Lamar being traded to Dallas, and Khloe's brother Rob Kardashian moving out of their house. Khloe promises there will plenty of stress and drama.
