Lady Gaga Engaged to Talent Agent Christian Carino

Lady Gaga is now an engaged woman.

The pop singer and her beau Christian Carino are engaged, according to reports. Sources confirmed the news to Us Weekly, adding the pair have yet to start making wedding plans since they are currently focused on Gaga's recovery.

Gaga, whose real name is Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta, suffers from a chronic pain disorder called fibromyalgia. Aside from widespread muscle pain, its symptoms include fatigue and memory issues.

Just days after being hospitalized last month, the "Born This Way" singer was forced to postpone the European leg of her Joanne world tour. "I was taken to the hospital, it is not simply hip pain or wear and tear from the road, I am in severe pain. But am in good hands w/ the best doctors," Gaga wrote on Instagram as an update for her fans at the time.

This is not the first time the 31-year-old got engaged. Before accepting Carino's marriage proposal over the summer, Gaga was engaged to "Chicago Fire" star Taylor Kinney. She revealed in her Netflix documentary, "Gaga: Five Foot Two," that they split because they are often "fighting." Their busy schedules also reportedly contributed to their breakup.

Carino, 48, works as a talent agent at Creative Artists Agency in Los Angeles — the same company that represents Gaga. Carino has worked with big celebrities including Bruno Mars, Christina Aguilera, Justin Bieber, Johnny Depp, Miley Cyrus, Britney Spears, Jennifer Lopez and Reese Witherspoon.

Gaga and Carino were revealed to be dating in February. Since then, they have been spotted on multiple occasions together. Gaga even talked about him always being by her side during performances. "When I went backstage, Christian was by the stairs making sure I was okay," Gaga said in a previous interview. "The best part about being in love with someone is having them there to catch you if you fall."
