Lady Gaga's New Album Release Date, News: Mark Ronson Working With Singer

Following Lily Allen's slip about Lady Gaga's 2016 album, Mark Ronson has finally come clean, confirming officially that he is indeed working with the "Bad Romance" singer for her new album.

According to Digital Spy, Ronson dished on the new project in an interview with Zane Lowe on his Beats 1 show. Ronson said he will start working on the studio with Lady Gaga and will stay in the Los Angeles neighborhood for some time.

He also said he had the chance to talk to the singer back in London, explaining further that they have known each other for quite some time — long before Gaga became a sensation around the world. In case fans didn't know, Ronson had to reveal that just like he did, the now famous Gaga grew up in the Upper West Side region of New York.

From there on, Ronson praised Gaga's music and clarified that they're still on the early stages of song-picking and such. "She's one of the great voices in pop music, so we're going to start with the songs and go from there," he said.

Unfortunately, Ronson didn't give any other details about the collaboration. He said he's not sure how production will go so fans can just wait for further announcements and possible leaks on the upcoming album.

Meanwhile, it is rumored that the new album will likely look back at some of her past works. It could be that the "American Horror Story: Hotel" actress is looking for inspiration from her past to come up with the album's focus.

Another hot rumor is that of Adele possibly appearing in one of Gaga's singles. The rumor stemmed from a selfie of the two posted on Gaga's Instagram sometime last year. Since there was no solid or fan-appeasing explanation behind the photo, some fans speculated that Gaga's upcoming album will feature the "Hello" singer.

The fifth album of Lady Gaga has no official title but is dubbed "LG5" and will be released sometime this year.
