Lamar Odom Updates: Ex-NBA Star Does Not Remember Brothel Incident, Khloe Kardashian Reveals
Lamar Odom is taking baby steps toward recovery after he was found unconscious in a Nevada brothel last month, but Khloe Kardashian recently revealed that her estranged husband still does not know what caused his brain injury.
Lamar Odom was admitted to a hospital in Nevada on Oct. 13 after a drug-fueled collapse and is now at Cedars Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles for more intensive treatment. In a recent interview with Ellen DeGeneres, Khloe Kardashian revealed that the 36-year-old former basketball player does not know the exact cause of his brain injury, according to Us Weekly.
"We tell him that he had a brain injury, but we can't tell him how that brain injury was caused, because that will set him back," Us quotes Kardashian's statement. "He never asks why he's here. He doesn't ask."

Odom is starting to relearn walking and feeding himself, but there are a lot of times when he is confused. Sometimes he thinks he is still 26, but there are also times that he remembers the current U.S. president and his birthday, the report relays.
Kardashian acknowledged that her role in Lamar Odom's recovery is a complicated one. The "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star has not left his side starting his hospitalization in October, and she called off their divorce amid the former NBA star's health crisis, E! Online reports.
It was only after Odom's collapse that it was revealed that he was still technically married to Kardashian. The reality star said proceeding with the divorce process seemed like an insensitive thing to do at this time, the report adds.
Khloe Kardashian admitted that she still loves Odom and that she will stand by him through this tough time. Kardashian also said she is thankful because her family loves Lamar Odom and is very supportive of him. In addition, she thanked her boyfriend, NBA star James Harden, for understanding their situation.
