Lea Michele Baby Bump: 'My First Fake Pregnancy Rumor,' Says Actress (PHOTO)

Lea Michele's baby bump rumors have been flatly denied by the "Glee" actress, who has referred to the reports as a "fake pregnancy rumor."

Reports emerged recently that Michele was seen out and about in casual clothes visiting a nail salon, and allegedly trying to cover up her "baby bump" with a bag as photographers zoomed in.

Those photos and reports sparked a flurry of rumors that the actress was pregnant and that her baby bump would continue to betray her secret over the coming months.

However, Michele has now tweeted a simple rejection of the rumors, poking a joke at them through her social media account.

Michele tweeted on Monday morning, "My first fake pregnancy rumor! I've finally made it!"

The actress also explained to her fans that she was at the Glee studios preparing for an early morning shoot for the show, according to The Examiner.

So it appears that Lea Michele and her boyfriend Cory Monteith are not hiding any new bundle of joy, and she simply was just dressing down in casual clothes that day to visit a nail salon.

Meanwhile, regarding her relationship Michele has previously expressed her excitement about Monteith saying, "He really, really inspires me, and he motivates me."

Many had wondered whether Michele would be canceling the release of her first album if those baby bump rumors turned out to be true.

The actress is set to launch her first album sometime soon and then go on a promotional tour. All the pregnancy rumors had sparked further talk about her canceling the release for now, as well as the tour, so that she could concentrate on being a mom for the first time. However, music fans can relax, and they can expect the album to come out as scheduled and the tour to go ahead as planned.
