Lenovo Vibe X3 News: Device To Launch In China on November 16
Two new Lenovo smartphones are set to hit the Chinese market on November 16, according to a report in Tech Times. One of the new phones is the Lenovo Vibe X3, also known as the Lemon X in China. Lenovo announced the special press event on November 16 via the Chinese site Weibo, indicating that it will reveal its newest addition to its smartphones. Along with the Lenovo Vibe X3, the company is also introducing the Lenovo Vibe X3 Lite.
According to the report, the device has been the subject of various leaks and rumors these past few months. After it received certification from TENAA, however, its technical specifications and designs were likewise revealed ahead of its launch.
The Lemon X is classified as a mid-range smartphone. According to the TENAA listing, it will have under the hood a hexa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 processor, which is paired off with 3 GB of RAM. It will run with Android 5.1.1 Lollipop and internal storage will only be at 64 GB.

Among the best features of the device is its main rear camera, which is reported to be a 21 megapixel shooter equipped with dual-LED flash. Its selfie camera will be an 8 megapixel shooter.
Despite it being a mid-range phone, it is said to be equipped with a fingerprint reader, which is said to be located at the back part of the device. It is expected to be lightweight, weighing in at 0.38 pounds while its measurement will be at 6.06 in x 3 in x 0.37 in. Its display is a 5.5-inch one with 1,080 pixel resolution. Battery capacity is at 3,500 mAh. It will have dual-SIM support and will be 4G LTE-capable.
The other phone that will be introduced is the Lenovo Vibe X3 Lite, which is similar to the first phone in terms of design but will have different specs. It will be powered by an octa-core MediaTek MT6753T processor paired with only 2 GB of RAM. Internal storage is low, only at 16GB, but is expandable via microSD. Its rear camera will only be 13 megapixels, while its selfie camera will be a 5 megapixel shooter. Battery capacity is also lower at 3,300 mAh. It will, however, have the same screen size as the Lenovo Vibe X3.
Pricing is rumored to be at $200 for the mid-range Lenovo Vibe X3 and $140 for the budget Lenovo Vibe X3 Lite.
