LG G4 Rumors, Release Date: Upcoming Flagship Will Be Slightly Curved?

With the LG G4 release date just less than a week away, more and more rumors are pouring in to satisfy the interest of Android and LG fans.

While almost every well-versed tech enthusiast may be familiar with the rumored specs of the LG G4, a new discovery was reported recently.

According to a report by GSM Arena, the device will feature a slightly bent design, which is another subtle change for the LG flagship.

However, in the report, the curve is similar to that of the LG G Flex series, and not Samsung's Galaxy Round.

This means that the LG Android flagship would be easier to hold during calls and would fit the contours of the hand and face.

In case you have not been checking out the latest leaks about the LG G4, the device will feature a 5.5-inch True HD IPS display with QHD or 2K (2560 x 1440) resolution just like its predecessor. The device will also get the same button placement at the back, as well as a removable 3,000mAh battery and microSD card. The Android-powered smartphone will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragonn 808 chipset, 3GB of RAM, and a 32GB built-in storage.

The handset also boasts a 16MP primary camera that has an aperture of f/1.8, which allows it to shoot wide-angle images effortlessly.

In the last couple of months, there were also rumors that the LG G4 would finally get a premium metal cover, though there is still nothing to deny or confirm these rumors.

The LG G4 is expected to make an appearance on LG's press event on April 29.
