Los Angeles Kings vs Chicago Blackhawks Live Stream Free: Watch Online NHL 2014 Stanley Cup Playoffs

The Los Angeles Kings will play the Chicago Blackhawks on Sunday in Game 1 of their NHL 2014 Stanley Cup Playoffs Western Conference Final series. This will be the second straight year these two teams have contested the Western Conference final – the Blackhawks won the title last year, and the Kings will be desperate to gain revenge this season. The game is scheduled to start at 3 p.m. ET and can be watched on TV on the NBC network or online through free live stream (details below).

Last year it took the Blackhawks five games to defeat the Kings, and they progressed to win their second Stanley Cup title in four years. They will be slight favorites to win again this season, but the Kings will not go down without a fight.

Chicago also have a slightly shaken up team this season, having to move some of their depth players in the offseason. That means they have a slightly less experienced roster this season, and that showed a little in the last round against Minnesota. Forward Andrew Shaw was injured, and the depth of their team was just not what it was last season, and the difference was visible.

However, there is still not doubt as to the excellence of the Blackhawks top players, and they are experienced and at the top of the game. With such a caliber of players in the team, they will always have a better than good chance at defeating any team.

The Kings are entering this series with an improved team from last season. They have maintained the core of their team, and have also added Marian Gaborik to their line up, who has added an extra dimension to the team going forward.
