'Love and Hip Hop Hollywood' Star Moniece Slaughter Gets Accused of Fraud, Slander and Gay Bashing in Lawsuit
"Love and Hip Hop Hollywood" star Moniece Slaughter was recently taken to court by a former friend accusing her of fraud and gay bashing.
Things are definitely heating up for Moniece Slaughter, who is known for starting drama on her show "Love and Hip Hop Hollywood," as it has been reported that she is involved in a lawsuit accusing her of check scheming, fraud and gay bashing. In a report published by TMZ, it has been revealed that Slaughter's former friend, Timothy Clayton Roulhac-Carr was the one who filed the lawsuit against the reality star and her ex-boyfriend NBA star Joe Smith.
According to Roulhac-Carr, he used to be good friends with Slaughter, sharing a time he helped her when she was on the verge of becoming homeless. Roulhac-Carr also explained how he was instrumental in funding Slaughter's bank account as the reality star had no credit back then.
Conflicts arose when her boyfriend at the time, Joe Smith, wrote a check in Roulhac-Carr's name to be given to Slaughter in order to help her pay rent. Unfortunately, that was also the time when Moniece started dating Akon once again, and Smith subsequently canceled the check out of anger. Smith would then accuse Roulhac-Carr of stealing.
Roulhac-Carr then claimed that he was robbed at gunpoint last year and that Moniece Slaughter was behind it. As part of the lawsuit, Roulhac-Carr also requested a restraining order against Slaughter after he accused the reality star of slandering and gay bashing him.
Sadly for Slaughter's former friend, the judge who read through the lawsuit was not so much convinced to grant him a restraining order against the "Love and Hip Hop Hollywood" star. Slaughter, for the most part, has yet to address these accusations thrown at her. Also, no word was given yet as to what the decision is about the other accusations.
