'Magical Circle Guru Guru' Episode 18 Spoilers: What New Challenges Await Nike and Kukuri in the Land of Flowers?

Nike and Kukuri are off to a new adventure in Land of Flowers on the next episode of the Japanese fantasy-comedy anime series, "Magical Circle Guru Guru." And now that Kukuri has created her first original Guru Guru, will their new destination inspire her to come up with more powerful ones?

The previous episode brought the traveling duo to the village of Erueru, where the King of Earth, Oppore, could be found. And since the King of Earth had lost his power after the people of the village stopped celebrating Festivals of Gratitude in his honor, Nike and Kukuri immediately persuaded the villagers to revive this tradition.

It may have taken a while, along with an unexpected assault from Raid and his brand new Golem, but Nike was finally able to win the favor of a newly re-powered Oppore and gained the Sword of Earth, his second Razzle Dazzle.

While he was at it, he was also able to train under a man named Clemente, who taught him the Light Magic Cool Pose attack. This, in turn, also inspired Kukuri to work on her Guru Guru, until her failures turned into her first original magic inspired by the toy drum that a man Lakan has previously shown them. It turned out that Lakan was also the one who wrote the journal that helped Nike and Kukuri finish their Endless Tower mission before.

And now, the two of them are off to the Land of Flowers, wherein they will have to face and hopefully resolve a crisis that could very well lead to the end of the earth. Will Kukuri's newfound inspiration in creating her own Guru Guru result in a new one inspired by the most harmless looking thing in the Land of Flowers?

On the other hand, will Nike learn to optimize the use of his newly acquired Sword of Earth? And is Old Man North-North, who suddenly appeared during the Festival of Gratitude at Erueru Village, about to join their journey once more? Or was he just there for the dancing?

"Magical Circle Guru Guru" airs on Tuesdays late night at 1:35 a.m. JST on TV Tokyo. Information on other broadcast schedules and online resources can be found on the series' official site. Episodes are also available in selected regions outside Japan via Crunchyroll.
