Monaco Prince Pierre Casiraghi May Need 'Plastic Surgery' After Violent Manhattan Club Brawl

Monaco's Prince Pierre Casiraghi may need plastic surgery after being seriously injured in a Manhattan club brawl.

The 24-year-old prince, who is the son of Princess Caroline and grandson of Grace Kelly, and his friends reportedly got in to an altercation at the renowned Double Seven nightclub in the Meatpacking district on Saturday night, which left Casiraghi receiving hospital care, according to the New York Post.

"Pierre's face looked broken, with deep cuts and blood everywhere. He looked like he needed plastic surgery," a source told the Post.

Casiraghi and his friends including Greek shipping tycoon and ex-boyfriend of Paris Hilton, Stavros Niarchos, reportedly got into an altercation with former Manhattan club owner Adam Hock, who has been charged with four counts of third-degree assault.

Hock's friends claim that the prince and his entourage "were being completely obnoxious,'' hauling insults at them and drinking their $500 vodka, which Casiraghi denies.

"The next thing I saw, all hell broke loose. [Casiraghi] fell very badly. He ... flew across the room and landed on a table on the other side," another witness said.

Although both parties continue to dispute what exactly happened, they agree that one member of Casiraghi's entourage grabbed a large bottle of Grey Goose vodka before attempting to break it over Hock's head.

While Hock's Attorney Salvatore Strazzullo claims that his client faces frivolous charges and has placed all of the blame on the prince and his friends, Casiraghi's attorney insists his client was not at fault.

"My client was having a nice time with a married couple and a lady friend and a group of very beautiful women, and these individuals were jealous, and they resorted to elementary-school tactics," Strazzullo told the Post.

"My client is not Bruce Lee ... These four guys are trust-fund babies who think the world is owed to them. They are like spoiled brats," he added.

Richard Golub had a different opinion, saying that It was a horrifying incident [which] was entirely unprovoked."

Hock was released on his own recognize after appearing in the Manhattan Criminal Court on Sunday, and is due back in court in March.
