'Mr. Mercedes' Season 1 Spoilers: Hodges Seeks Holly and Jerome's Help
Next on the Audience Network's mystery thriller series "Mr. Mercedes," Hodges (Brendan Gleeson) will seek help from Holly (Justine Lupe) and Jerome (Jharrel Jerome) with an ongoing investigation.
As revealed in the synopsis of episode 7, titled "Willow Lake," Hodges has yet to close the case of the job fair massacre. He eventually realizes that he needs more hands on deck so he calls upon Jerome and Holly.
A trailer for "Willow Lake" shows Hodges asking Jerome and Holly to hack Olivia's (Ann Cusack) laptop. The team is hoping to find any trace on the killer in the laptop, possibly in previous conversations with him prior to her suicide.

The teaser confirms that they will discover a text file titled "Sessions."
"Does that mean anything to you?" asks Jerome, the clip reveals.
"No," Holly retorts. "But it definitely meant something to Ollie because it's the only file on her entire desktop that's not organized into a folder. And Ollie did not leave things lying around for no reason."
As to what the file is about, fans will have to watch the upcoming episode on Wednesday.
Elsewhere in the episode, Deborah (Kelly Lynch) will talk to her son Brady (Harry Treadaway) about her pressing concerns. More importantly, she eventually discovers the clown mask that Brady has hidden and confronts him about it. The video features Brady donning the mask but does not reveal if he tells his mom that he is behind the jobs fair massacre.
Furthermore, Hodges will continue to show his support for Olivia's sister Janey (Mary-Louise Parker) through this rough time, bringing them even closer than ever. Hodges will also attend the funeral of her mom.
"Mr. Mercedes" is based on the novel of the same name penned by Stephen King.
"Mr. Mercedes" season 1 episode 7, titled "Willow Lake," airs on Wednesday, Sept. 20, at 8 p.m. EDT on Audience Network.
