Meanwhile, Portland Trail Blazers guard CJ McCollum was accidentally placed on the inactive list during their Wednesday game against the Los Angeles Clippers.

In a report by Tyler Conway for Bleacher Report, McCollum was then ruled to be out for the said game, and if the Blazers had attempted to suit him up to play, he would have been slapped with a technical foul along with still being inactive.

The report adds that Blazers head coach Terry Stotts took the blame for what happened.

"I signed the paper without really noticing it," Stotts admitted. "My fault for not looking at it." The Clippers ended up with the victory with a score of 109-98.
