'NCIS' Season 13 Cast News: Original Cast Member Leaves Series

There is sad news for fans of the hit series "NCIS" as it was revealed that a beloved character will be leaving the series.

It was recently revealed that Michael Weatherly will soon be leaving the cast of "NCIS," which means that fans will no longer see Special Agent Tony DiNozzo on the small screens. According to TV Line, his last appearance on the series will be at the end of the current season.

His exit is a big deal for the series, since he has been a cast member since 2003. With that, it was shared that it was Weatherly who decided to leave the series. He recently posted several tweets revealing his sentiments for his involvement in the series. He commended that cast and crew of the series, as well as fans of "NCIS."
