Nexus 4, Nexus 5, Nexus 7 and Nexus 10 Getting Android Lollipop, HTC One M8 Getting Lollipop Soon
Google's latest mobile operating system, Android Lollipop, is starting to make its way to other devices aside from the Nexus 6 and Nexus 9. While it is still unclear when the updates will start rolling out, Lollipop is sure to make its rounds with other Nexus devices sometime this month.
It was initially thought that only the Wi-Fi variants of the 2013 Nexus 7 and Nexus 10 will be getting the updates but it seems that the Nexus 4 and Nexus 5 will also be getting the updates. Like with most other Android updates, Lollipop will be rolling out in phases which means some Nexus users will be getting the update sooner than others.
Updating to Lollipop would require users' Nexus devices to be running on the official Android firmware. The update will be available over-the-air or can be downloaded from various forum sites and from Google themselves.

Aside from the Nexus line, HTC's One M8 is rumored to be getting the updates as well. Rumors stemmed from leaked screenshots which showed the said smartphone sporting the Android 5.0 Lollipop Sense 7 user interface.
Though the Sense 7 UI hasn't been formally announced yet, it could be an indication that it will soon. It could on the other hand be the complete opposite.
If anything, the Lollipop update for the One M8 would surely be rolled out with the Sense 6 UI, instead of the alleged Sense 7. Of course, HTC had previously announced that the One M8 and M7 would be getting Lollipop within 90 days from release, so the new Android could be arriving to HTC users on January 2015 at the latest.
