'Once Upon a Time' Season 5 Episode 11 Spoilers: What Can Fans Expect from the Winter Finale?
It has been a roller coaster ride for fans this season in "Once Upon a Time," and the winter finale will be no different. With only a few days away before the show goes on hiatus this winter, fans are curious on what will happen next with Emma (Jennifer Morrison) and Hook (Colin O'Donoghue) in the upcoming winter finale.
According to the International Business Times, Hook will be resurrecting all the Dark Ones that have existed, even Merlin's (Elliot Knight) former love, Nimue (Caroline Ford.) The website added that Emma is torn between saving her family members and loved ones, and killing Hook to stop him from "sucking out all the light" from Storybrooke. The article also said that the winter finale will bridge the story of first and second half of "Once Upon a Time" season 5, which is said to be going "Greek."
In the sneak peek released for the next episode, which is titled "Swan Song," Nimue is seen saying to Hook that he knows "what he should do." Emma's family was seen surrounded by the former Dark Ones that were resurrected by Hook, but Emma said "You're not going to take the people I love." At the end of the clip, Emma was seen being "choked" by one of the Dark Ones, and Hook just stood staring at her.
In the other promo released for the midseason finale, Hook was seen taunting Mr. Gold/Rumplestiltskin (Robert Carlyle), and said, "I think you're really gonna like what's next." Mr. Gold is afraid of what's going to happen, and said that it is a fight they cannot win. Fans are curious on how will Emma and company will survive all the evil, and viewers want to know if this will now be the end of Emma and Hook.
