Prince Harry and Meghan Markle Engaged? Talks of Marriage Still Too Premature, Says Insider
Ever since the official confirmation of "Suits" actress Meghan Markle's romantic relationship with Prince Harry, the couple has constantly been plagued with engagement and marriage rumors.
However, according to recent reports, though the 32-year-old prince is clearly in love with the 35-year-old American actress, he is not rushing to propose marriage to her. A source reportedly told Celebrity Insider that plans for a wedding are still a little too premature to be discussed at this stage.
"They've been dating for just over seven months now," the insider explained. "Give it until the relationship has been going for a year and then I think we'll have a clearer idea."
Contrary to rumors, the couple is reportedly not moving in together at the Kensington Palace either. Prince Harry and Markle will only be moving into an apartment, which is being renovated next door.
Nevertheless, some insiders claim that the lovebirds are looking forward to moving in together and settling down immediately.
"He seems in a real hurry to move in with Meghan," the insider added.
Prince Harry was previously accompanied by his American girlfriend when he attended a friend's wedding in Jamaica. Rumors soon began to go around that attending the ceremony inspired the two of them to elope but had to cancel such plans because of Prince William's recent scandal with a model at a ski trip.
In other news, Markle's older half-sister, Samantha Grant, is planning to publish a tell-all book about their family with the working title "The Diary of Princess Pushy's Sister."
According to the Daily Star, Grant, who is wheelchair-bound because of multiple sclerosis, wrote a book amid rumors that her U.S. television star of a sister is about to get engaged to a prince.
"My book deals with my bi-racial family in a candid, warm, personal and socially important way," Grant said. "Maybe when Meghan is more mature and reads the book she'll understand. Some of it she won't like, some of it she might."
