'Ray Donovan' Season 5 'Las Vegas' Spoilers: A Flashback to Ray and Abby's 21st Anniversary
This Sunday's episode of Showtime's crime drama "Ray Donovan" will take viewers back to Ray (Liev Schreiber) and Abby's (Paula Malcomson) 21st anniversary in Las Vegas.
As revealed in the synopsis of the upcoming episode, titled "Las Vegas," the flashback will show how the couple celebrated their 21st year of marriage by watching Damon's (Dominique Columbus) first televised fight.
In the present time, Natalie James will hire Ray for protection against an abusive manager/husband. The latest client has connections with Sam Winslow (Susan Sarandon).

Elsewhere in the same episode, Maureen (Tara Buck) and Terry's wedding will be spoiled by rising tension between the Doherty and the Donovan clan.
A trailer for the episode shows a toast that goes wrong, with Bunchy (Dash Mihok) stating the many crimes of the Donovan family.
"Maureen you are beautiful and you are smart," he said, "so forgive my confusion when it comes to today." Pointing at Ray's father Mickey (Jon Voight), he continued, saying that he spent 20 years behind bars. While looking at Ray, he uttered, "that one, some sort of Hollywood scumbag."
While the onlookers tried to stop him from proceeding, he verbally attacked the groom, pointing out that he "did time in California State for armed robbery of a pot shop and then killed someone inside."
The second episode of "Ray Donovan" season 5, "Las Vegas," was directed by John Dahl and was penned by David Hollander and Miki Johnson.
"Ray Donovan" also features Pooch Hall as Daryll Donovan, Dash Mihok as Brendan Donovan, Eddie Marsan as Terrence Donovan and more.
Joining the cast in "Las Vegas" will be Tim Budas as Mish'e, James Dormuth and Kevin Hager as Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) fans, Heiko Effenberger as a bartender, Ryan Radis as Beckett, and Kathy Corpus as a VIP fight girlfriend.
"Ray Donovan" season 5 episode 2, titled "Las Vegas," airs this Sunday, Aug. 13, at 9 p.m. ET on Showtime.
