'Real Housewives of Orange County' Tamra Barney Ready to Leave Show? Vanessa Bryant is New Cast Member
"The Real Housewives of Orange County" star Tamra Barney has been in the center of rumors behind Bravo's plans to fire her. While it's already been months since the circulation of the rumors, she's still in business with the show despite several sources indicating that she's as good as gone from the show.
As much as how producers and fans of the show want Tamra out of the series, she won't be going out quietly. Apparently, unlike the other housewives, the show is Tamra's only livelihood left. This is considering that her marriage is unstable, her fitness gym is struggling and she doesn't have custody of her own children.
Producers of the show aren't keen on firing Tamra from the show in fear of what she might do to get back at Bravo. They have however, found a way of getting rid of Barney without having to fire her. Instead of upfront firing the Barney, the producers have instead hired Kobe Bryant's wife, Vanessa Bryant as a cast member.

"No one needs to fire Tamra. After filming a few scenes with Vanessa, she'll leave on her own. Vanessa is a firecracker, Tamra is no match for her and she knows it," sources say. "Tamra would rather quit the show than let Vanessa make a fool of her."
"She is already insecure about shooting with Vanessa because she is so much younger and richer than her. In Tamra's eyes she was always the hottest housewife on RHOC, and now that is all about to change," the source continued.
