Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge News: Concept Images Released for the New Samsung Galaxy Flagship
Phone manufacturers are in a constant race to introduce new smartphones and features in the market, and Samsung has proven it is at the top of the game.
The Korean tech company has just released its latest flagship phones, which are the Samsung Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge, and the manufacturer is already in the works for the next Galaxy phones.
According to Inquistr, Samsung is now preparing for the Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge, and concept photos for the new S7 Edge have been released by 3D Future, which are based on the current trend and designs.
Many fans got excited upon seeing the possible look of the S7 Edge, since it brings a new concept in smartphones. Samsung introduces the wraparound display on the sides with the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge. However, with the Galaxy S7 Edge, consumers will see the wraparound display on the top and bottom of the phone, instead on the sides.
Value Walk was first to report about the new concept, and many Samsung lovers welcomed the idea. Having the wraparound display at the top and bottom of the phone will make it possible for the volume up and down buttons to be placed on the sides, which will make it more convenient for owners to use the phone.
The new Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge was also given a metal body in the concept image, which makes it look a lot sleeker than its predecessors. It was also reported that the phone will be waterproof, but details are not yet confirmed by Samsung.
The website also added that the new Samsung device will most likely have a 5.8-inch display, and will probably be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor.
The release date of the Samsung Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge was not announced yet by Samsung; however, many expect that the company will make the announcement by Q1 of 2016.
