Although looking like a teenager helps Selena Gomez in her career as an actress, model, and singer, it may not always work to her advantage as the 23-year-old star admits that looking like 16 actually hinders her from dating older men.
Selena is the January 2016 cover of InStyle UK, and during her interview with the magazine, she told them about her dating issues, her friendship with Taylor Swift, her album art for "Revival," and a lot more. "It's hard and I'm weirded out by the idea that a guy has googled me before we meet, and that has happened," the "Good For You" singer shared, and confirmed she is dating "reluctantly," according to the website.
Selena also said that that she's tired talking about Justin Bieber. "I never intended for my life to become a tabloid story," she said. However, she happily shares stories about her friendship with Taylor Swift. "We just play good music - sometimes live - and eat, and hang out," Selena said. The former Disney actress also said that she sometimes give advice to Taylor about boys, and in return, Taylor shared to her to live life with no regrets, according to the Daily Mail UK.

When she was asked for comments about her nude cover for her latest album "Revival" and the criticisms about her body, she said that she just doesn't mind what everyone will think about it. "I'm learning that you can be comfortable and still look beautiful. Does she look in the mirror and see herself as beautiful? "Some days, I like what I see. Other days I'm like, 'I'm not even going to bother.'"
Selena has indeed come a long way from being a teenager who landed her first role on the Disney Channel to the successful woman that she is now.
